Loved the shoes. They just ran a little on the small side.I love these. They fit right and are lined with soft cottony inside. Very nice shoes. After reading the reviews I ordered a size up. I'm glad I did because the boot offers minimum arch support and little padding in the heel. I added additional arch support and a double layer of heel padding. After an afternoon in two large box stores my feet surrendered. I love the look but they're not comfortable on me. I tried to give them to my daughter-in-law. She wore them for an afternoon, she said they were comfortable but didn't keep her feet warm.Loved the picture more than the actual product. Am normally an 11 and these were tighter which is expected due to the fur but I’d say these still run a little smaller. Not a rigid shoe except for the soleMy teen daughter is a fan of the shoes. They fit well and are comfortable. They don't have a lot of arch support but they are comfortable enough for her young feet and she often wears them to school. They are made well and are very cute. They are unique enough to be fun for teens to dress up their style.These are niceThe actual look and construction of this shoe is on point. The size as far as length goes seems right, however it Frits very narrow compared to other ankle boots I have. My feet are not wide. I wear a US medium comfortably. Even with a very thin sock, this just is very snug. The boots themselves are just darling. I just wish I could wear them.
