I ordered a 5.5 EU, which according to the Beautifeel Company that I spoke to directly, will be a wide shoe, EU meaning wide and will state it on the box. I received a 5.5 regular, no EU on the box and it was much narrower that a pair that I had originally purchased that did have the EU on the box. When I contacted Amazon, all they kept doing was say I'm sorry, I'm sorry, but could not explain to me the reasoning for ordering an EU shoe and then them sending something different, they kept trying to tell me they were the same. There is also supposed to be a "W" in the strap of the shoe when they are marked EU on the box, and of course, this shoe didn't have that either, where my original pair did. I did return the shoe for a full refund, but I think Amazon should change the sizing on these shoes, as they are not listing them and then selling them correctly. The consumer is not getting what size and width they think they are getting. Finally, I ordered them from a speciality shoe store, had to pay a little more, but the box does say EU and there is also a "W" on the strap and they fit wonderfully, the most comfortable shoes for people with troublesome feet.These are very nice shoes, but they were too narrow for my feet so I had to return them to the seller.The sandals are very soft and comfortable. I am very happy with them. The only problem is that I cannot find them anymore.I wear these sandals with shorts and skirts. I can walk comfortably in them all day and evening. When my feet swell during the day the straps adjust with velcro. The inner sole is very cushy so absorbs the impact of walking on pavement. I'm shopping for my third pair. I have two pairs of the bronze metalic. The shoe never wears out but the bronze color can wear off eventually.I love these sandals.
